The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The access to the lake was perfect for our fishermen and we loved being able to dock the boat for the weekend right at our own boat dock. Everything was excellent.
Overall stay was very good, with the main perk being the direct access to water and boat dock. The home was clean and very accommodating. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but did notice that the Nest thermostat went offline on the last night and we had no AC or way to control the temperature so it was fairly warm at departure.
We also were not told about the water leak? (the neighbor asked if they were still working on it when we ran into him by the dock on Saturday) in the back of the house or that there would be construction crews on site Friday after we checked in that would be working in the back and side yards. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know as there was a large hole/dirt pile in the back of the house.

I'm so sorry about the thermostat. I wish you would have let me know and I could have gotten it back online for you easily and you could have been cool for the last day of your stay. Any reason you didn't tell anybody until this review? I am definitely different than other property management companies; I actually answer the call and solve the problem.
We worked extremely hard to get the house in tip top shape for your stay. Past problems that are no longer problems shouldn't be of worry to you; so no reason to go through that since you wouldn't be affected in any way.
The crew that was working was suppose to be gone by check in. I'm sorry they were still there for a short time after you arrived. They were not in the house at all they worked on the very back corner and side of the house you wouldn't even be near unless you walked over to take a look. It was far away from any door or walkway you were using. I'm sorry I didn't let you know a pile of dirt would be in the back corner of the house way out of everyone's way.
We definitely are not a good fit for future rentals, but thanks for choosing us this time.
We have a boat and wanted something right on the lake where we could park the boat as well. The house had private boat dock and we wereable to just walk down to the boat and head out on the lake. The house size was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children, but wouldn't recommend for children at the age our two little ones were; the reason being the stairs leading up to one of the bedrooms is very steep, we were able to block that entry but had to keep a close eye on them. One of the bathrooms had a plumbing issue so we were not able to use one of the toilets, which was somewhat annoying but we managed. Overall, the house worked out very nicely for us.
Super nice and clean house, Shelley was a great host... We celebrated my daughters 8th bday there and it was an amazing weekend, I would definitely book this spot again.
We were looking for a place on Travis with a dock for the weekend and two other families in our “pod”. We drove up by boat from our marina near Mansfield dam. Checkin was seamless - boat dock and lift were perfect for our 22’ surf boat. Home was exactly as described and fully outfitted. We had everything we needed for cooking, an Apple TV for the kids, and board games. Two dining areas were handy for kids and adults dinners being separate.
It’s also on a great spot on Travis for tubing and wake surfing - especially if you head about 10 minutes more up river.
Everyone had a blast - we’ll book it it again!
The house was nice and clean. My grandkids loved swimming off the boat dock and and the dock was perfect for our Jet skis. Shelly answers all calls immediately and was very helpful and accommodating. The tv’s need updated but we didn’t come to watch television. We plan on coming back.
We’ve stayed at the property several times over the years. Every time it’s a pleasure. Great location on Lake Travis with a boat dock.
