Highland House: # 102-104: 2 Bath - Master Bedroom: Queen Bed - Bedroom #2 Pyramid Bunk. Sleeper Sofa in the living room area. Small mini Fridge and small microwave, coffee pot in 2nd Bedroom. This unit has a large deck that allows you to view all the happenings in the village from concerts to some of the most spectacular sunsets in Snowshoe. The entire complex is within walking distance of the Ski & Snowboard Shops, Restaurants, and not to mention the slopes. Community Hot Tub is also available.
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE SLOPE SIDE Access Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES: ~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements. ~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification ~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking ~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file ~ No Smoking or Vaping. ~No large gatherings ~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM ~ Check out time is 10:00 AM ~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am ~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25 ~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made. ~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

The layout was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed and own space beds were comfy, and it was very cozy and inviting. Location was convenient for ski rentals lift access and just tucked away enough for a little privacy.
We really enjoyed our stay in this Highland House rental. Plenty of room, super clean, super nice, and so close to the slopes/shops! We will definitely try booking the same spot for our next Snow Shoe trip!

Family ski trip
Kitchen light out. Dishwasher leaking with a moldy towel in the floor. Could really use some love and updates.
Highland House 102-104 was a great place to stay. Location was awesome. Unit was as listed and in great shape. I would stay there again on a future visit. There were a few small issues. The remote for the tv in the living room did not work. There was not a remote for the dvd player in the living room. The combos given for the two ski lockers did not work. After trying for some time we hauled everything up to the room. Later we called the number listed in the locker room and after a 10 minute wait they gave us a couple of new combos to try. One worked the other did not. So we spent the trip cramming what we could into the one locker we could open and carried the rest up to the room.

This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
