Our booking was changed

We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to mention overnight construction, 30m behind building, Mayan train. First 3 night it was hard than I guess I used to it,😂 I have to tell respond of Property Manager Lianna and owner of other unit was very prompt and fast, but, how much can be done ?. They provided us with extra towels as washer didn't work. At the end we were promised some discount and still waiting for that . Overall we loved location, and condo needs little bit attention to make your stay perfect. Not one here in pictures, we had another unit.
