This multi-level villa is the perfect home base for a fantastic beachy adventure with your loved ones! Enjoy an unbeatable location just steps away (650 feet) from the sandy beach and Corolla Light's beautiful oceanfront pool complex as well as basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Convenience stores and restaurants are also a short drive away. Other great attractions you can find include Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, Currituck Banks Reserve, Wild Horse Adventure Tours, and Corolla Adventure Park.

This fantastic villa is perfect for large families and groups looking for a breezy place to stay. The first and second floors have two bedrooms each, with two primary suites with en suite bathrooms on the second floor. The main living space is located on the third floor, offering two separate living spaces. The main living area enjoys inviting sofas throughout along with a TV and easy access to the large private deck, which is the perfect place for hanging out either by yourself or with others. Enjoy late-afternoon drinks, hear the waves at night, and revel in the refreshing breeze. Back inside, the second living area boasts another TV and a variety of entertaining board games. Treat yourself to a soothing bath at the end of each day in your own spacious hot tub, located on the patio. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and two coffee makers. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
