A bright and just remodeled house in beautiful Monterey Peninsula just 1.5 mile away from the beach. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers. The house that is completely brand new furnished has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room and a nook. It accommodates up to 12 guests. It has a spacious beautiful backyard with fire pit and a gas grill. Plenty of parking space available.

Great Stay, just like the photos

The property is just like the photos, clean, very large, and everything is new. The property is close to a nice park, grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Our party fit in the 4 bedrooms so we did not try the fold out beds in the living room, so can't speak to the comfort there. We really appreciated the patio and grill, the games in the game area near the kitchen, and the stocked coffee/ tea bar. The host was very responsive to questions and really understanding about a lamp shade that got broken during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Only minor complaints are it would be helpful to have grilling tools (like tongs and a grill brush) and instructions for the fire pit.

The house is on a corner lot which is great to for parking your cars. It is 0.5 miles from shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. It is 3 minutes drive to the beach. it is just a beautiful neighborhood and a spacious home.
