Muy buen apartamento, ubicado a tan solo una cuadra y media de la playa de Copacabana. Bien amueblado y habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Excelente atención del propietario, y cumplimiento de horarios pactados para realizar el check in y out. Muy recomendable.

Ao chegarmos no dia 09/01, 16 horas, o apartamento estava alugado para outra pessoa. Éramos 7 pessoas, sendo dois menores de idade e duas senhoras com mais de 70 anos. Ficamos quase 4 horas nos revesando nos bancos existentes em frente ao prédio. O porteiro quase nos expulsou do local, não queria deixar nem nossas malas dentro do prédio, queria que ficássemos com tudo na calçada. Felizmente, o senhor Ricardo, abraçou a causa e não mediu esforços para resolver a situação. Arranjou outro local para a pessoa que estava no apartamento e pouco antes da 20:00, finalmente, conseguimos entrar no apartamento. Para ir ao banheiro, tivemos que utilizar o Mc Donalds. Os dois colchões de ar oferecidos, estavam furados e tivemos que utilizar um dos colchões da cama do quarto do corredor para acomodar todos. Pedimos desconto de uma diária em função de termos perdido o restante de tarde que poderíamos ter usufruído, mas segundo Ricardo, o Sr. Vicenzo não concordou em dar nenhum desconto. Enfim, passamos momentos difíceis e não tivemos nenhuma indenização por isso. Faltou comunicação, pois segundo Ricardo e Marluce, eles não foram comunicados de nossa estadia. O apartamento é muito bom, confortável, ótima localização, mas o atendimento da portaria deixa a desejar e fomos prejudicados em nossos planos pela falta de comunicação entre dono e administradores.

departamento bien ubicado, cómodo.

El departamento esta bien ubicado, zona tranquila con restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado y playa a 100 metros. Le falta mejorar el equipamiento de la cocina, no se puede cocinar y falta cubiertos. El sillón del living estaba roto.
