Luxury home, new saltwater pool, completely remodeled with private casita.

Highly desired Tiger Estates home in Lely. Enjoy 2,500 square feet of newly remodeled space and furnishings. New Pool and courtyard pub with private putting green, outdoor kitchen and outdoor firepit. Enjoy 6 flatscreen smart TV's and all the comforts of home. Three king suites with 3 bathrooms for privacy and an office that holds an additional queen bed. Our family has enjoyed Lely for 15 years and are thrilled to have this new home to share with others. Extra care was given to upgraded towels, dishes, bedding and mattresses. The photos included 95 percent finished interior and the exterior work is 70 percent complete with an estimated completion date of 12/31/23. The pub courtyard offers a private setting with a putting green, corn hole games, and darts. Our new saltwater pool with lounge platform and fountain will provide hours of fun and relaxation. The panoramic lanai provides incredible views of Flamingo's 18th hole.
Take the bikes to Lely's 5-star club membership at Lely Resort & Spa which is available to guests. Guests come year after year to enjoy the resort.

First Class Stay

Wonderful spacious property in a fabulous neighborhood! The pool is heated and caged so we never had to deal with bugs. Beautiful view of the golf course. Do keep in mind that being on the golf course does mean there will be early morning (5:30) noise almost every day from the grounds keepers so light sleeper should avoid the master bedroom that is at the back of the house. We are early risers so it wasn't an issue for us. The home is beautifully furnished with quality furniture that is very comfortable. Some owners that VRBO their homes put in very cheap furniture without a thought to comfort. That is not the case here. All the beds were great, comfortable counter stools and dining chairs, huge sectional with 75" TV. There were often 6-8 of us watching playoff games or movies and everyone was comfortable. The separate Cassita was great for my daughter and son-in-law so they had privacy. The courtyard putting green and fire table were awesome. The location in Lely Resort and the amenities that the neighborhood offers are top notch. Definitely pay the 400 to have the Player's Club Membership transferred to you for your stay. The gym, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocci ball, tiki bar and spa are amazing and you will enjoy being able to use them. There are two shopping centers in walking distance (1.5) miles. One has a Publix Grocery store, liquor store, a Home Goods and some take out places. The other has a Skillets which is an amazing place for breakfast. Rent for sure!!!

My husband and I live in Minnesota and have recently sold our first home in Lely for a larger one since our family is growing (grandkids). We refurnished the entire home and made it kid friendly with a completely secure and private courtyard with firepit and a putting green. We have been vacationing in Marco Island/Naples for nearly 20 years and is our families second home. The casita is furnished with pack and plays, a double stroller, toys and a highchair. You won't need to bring a thing.

The neighborhood is friendly, secure and provides access to the Lely Resort and Spa, a five-star club that will not disappoint you. Rental includes full access, and I would recommend you visit the site at www.playersclubandspa.com

What makes this property unique

Our home offers wide open spaces for family fun including a new saltwater pool and a separate secluded courtyard that we refer to as the "19th Hole". When it is time to wind down from the pool, we enjoy the outside courtyard for bags, and some golf putting challenges on our new putting green. After family time, relax in your private and separated bedrooms and ensuites. The casita offers a king size bed, kitchenette and private bathroom with large closet.
