Old friends reunion

Raul’s place is fantastic. The photos really do not do the location justice. Gorgeous views of the lake from the house, and the lawn walks right up to the shore. Peaceful and quiet and well appointed. He was also very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend. Quick 20-25 minute drive to Albany.

A Perfect Getaway!We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful lake house! The setting is nothing short of perfect—tucked right on the water with breathtaking views from both the spacious deck and the second floor. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning, catching a catnap on the deck in the afternoon or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was perfect.The house itself is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. There’s plenty of cozy and comfortable seating both indoors and out, making it easy to unwind or gather for conversation. We especially loved the fire pit area—perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.During the day, we took full advantage of the kayaks provided and enjoyed exploring the lake. Wildlife was abundant—we spotted hummingbirds, a blue heron, ducks, rabbits and a deer nearby. The lawn was perfect for games and a casual BBQ, and there was more than enough space to host a few extra friends.The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. You can tell they put a lot of care into making this home a truly special place for their guests.If you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside escape with just the right balance of nature, comfort, and hospitality, this lake house is it.Can’t wait to come back!
