This house was perfect. Our girls group of seven ladies was celebrating our friends 50th birthday. This house was perfect. The location was perfect and the property manager was so helpful in making it such a special weekend!!!

Great Long Weekend

The reservation and communication were great! I was with my three adult sons for our annual long weekend getaway. We were in Houston the weekend after Hurricane Beryl, so we did not have internet, but we did have power. The home is on the small and older side, but it is well-appointed and great for our use. We used the pool, and it was very nice.

Nice house

Really enjoyed the house and had everything we needed. The pool is a plus. But I am disappointed that I paid for an earlier to check in for 3pm. The unit did not end up being available until almost 5pm. One of the restrooms toilet was not flushing. One of the rooms had a trip hazard with the uneven floors.

Excellent for business stay

2 coworkers and I stayed at this VRBO. The neighborhood is nice... I felt safe. The wood floors are gorgeous. The pool was nice (warm bath water temperature in June). There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The unit did not come with paper towels so be sure to stop or bring your own. Property management team was ahead of all questions and check in. It is an older house but is renovated nicely. Rooms were dark for sleeping. Coffee pot is drip and makes 4 cups at a time. Overall, I would definitely book at this location again for our convention needs.

Decent location in town but a bit old

House is quite spacious and worked for our family needs. But it was lacking some pretty basic essentials- towels for six people to use in the shower and a set for the pool. They also ran out of trash bags. Messaged the host on both occasions but trash bags were delivered late in the evening and messages about towels came hours later. We ended up buying our own. Also, the images on here are very nice and touched up - the house is older and it shows its age in person. Lastly, it was quite off putting to arrive to the house and see a boarded house next to it. While not in control of the owner of this property, you can see in imagery of the pool that images were edited to make this less noticeable. I’d consider staying at other properties from this owner, but I would not return to this house specifically. It was fine for what we needed but nothing greatly memorable.

The house was wonderful — cute, clean, great location! The WiFi was strong and dependable, which was helpful since I had a couple work zooms during our stay. The neighborhood has great restaurant options and was close to downtown and the family we came to town to see. The owners/managers were easy to communicate with and forthcoming with all necessary information. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. We have one dog and the yard was fully enclosed, and the neighborhood very nice for walking. Great experience!
