Amazing home! Great layout for a big group or a couples get away. Fantastic mattresses, fans everywhere, pavones only ice machine, mini skate ramp, fantastic kitchen, and plenty of room to lounge. Visited daily by wildlife and only steps to a fantastic beach. A 5 minute drive will land you at world famous pavones point or go a little further to one of the easier breaks that will finally give you the waves you have dreamt about!! This place is truly a wave machine. 5 minutes in the other direction will take you to punta banco where time truly has forgotten. Mccaws, amazing beaches, tide pools, beach break, monkeys and more. We have lived in costa rica 13 years and this is the place we go to vacation! Some of the best restaurants in all of costa rica! In fact, la pina restaurant is steps from the house and the beautiful italian chef rosella makes some of the best food in all of our world travels :) enjoy a day filled with fishing, surfing , paddle boarding, nature hikes, waterfalls, horseback riding and more and come back to a home that can offer the best of high end amenities.

Great trip to Pavones

Heather has a lovely home within walking distance to the beach. It’s about 50 meters up the mountain in the middle of the tranquil jungle. When we weren’t surfing, we enjoyed the deck where we watched monkeys, macaws, toucans and what we think is an agouti. Heather is a lovely host.

The house is nestle in lots of large trees and surrounded by garden.

Heather's property is located is close to the beach surrounded by trees. You can take short walk down the access road and end up at beach for sunset or fishing in the rock outcrops. House comes with all the essentials that you will ever need. Even stake and boogey boards :) The main balcony is best part of the whole house there we spend lot of time sitting, reading, eating and conversing. Rooms are large furnished with comfortable beds. We could easily stay at this place for month or so.

We love Pavones. This house is in a great location and walking distance from the beach. The house had everything that we needed for 2 families during our stay. It is not as up to date as the pictures, but everything this close to the beach gets weathering. Minus 1 star for a couple reasons. 1. We didn't know how to work the water pump and the owner never got back to us. Thankfully the super nice neighbors helped. 2 Oven was broken which put a dent in our Christmas dinner plans. Not a deal breaker but would have been good info up front. 3. Bathroom situation is super awkward. Only one private bathroom/bedroom. The other 2 bathrooms showers are open to the room and have to go through a public area to get from the toilet. Difficult for traveling families who need a little bathroom privacy. 4.Sleeps. 1 King and 2 Queen beds. The floor mats were not comfortable for the duration of stay. A couple twin beds in the loft would have been ideal.

Amazing house, amazing beach! We loved it!

Within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, this house was perfect for all our needs! Its comfortable, gorgeous, and exactly what we needed for our family getaway! Great for kids with an upstairs hang out, down stairs skate ramp, and ping pong table. Plenty of places to surf, plenty of places to relax, and tons of wildlife! I highly recommend staying here!!!

Best Spot in Pavones

I've traveled through Costa Rica a lot (really, a lot) and have never stayed anywhere with the conveniences and style of this home. Located right between Pavones and Punta Banco, this home really offers everything - wifi, ice maker, super comfy beds, ample outdoor living space, inspiring design, smart floorplan, security, peaceful vibe. Heather was awesome to work with, too. She thought of everything we could possibly need. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return!

Amazing Vacation Spot

If you want a relaxing spot for a vacation this is the house, it has all the modern comforts and is a very short walk to the beach and close to an excellent restaurant. The property was very clean. Our family spent a week here with our two boys, ages 7 and 4. It was perfect, especially if you want to get away from it all. This location offers wildlife, surfing, boogie boarding, and lots of fun nature walks. The Owners of the house were more than accommodating by making sure we had all the gear to surf, setting up a day of fishing, and taking us to buy some local chocolate. We can't wait to go back. My children talk about this vacation often. I would recommend this house to family and friends. What are you waiting for!

This new property offers modern comfortable living in the heart of Pavones area. Just outside of the main town and strategically b/ Punta Banco and Pavones Point. Both areas offer amazing surfing, paddle boarding, tide pools or just strolls on the beach.
