Quiet and cozy apartment. Entirely renovated, with high-level services. In the best spot in Copacabana: Rua Leopoldo Miguez is relatively quiet, by Copacabana standards, and Rua Bolivar is full of shops - supermarket, pharmacy, internet cafe, bakery..., and high-end bars and restaurants.
The has 1 bedroom with King bed plus two bunk beds adapted for children, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large sunny terrace planted with palm trees, featuring a leisure shower, hammock and dining table. Free view, bright and very well ventilated. Ideal for 2 people.
All furniture, bed and bath linen and utensils are new and of high quality. The apartment also has a split in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom, LED television, washing machine and high-speed internet (wi-fi), compatible with a home office.
The building is strictly residential, with two apartments per floor and two elevators. It is 200 m from the beach and the Cantagalo subway station.
We demand decorum, respect for the neighborhood and silence. Parties or taking more people than those registered at check-in are prohibited, unless previously agreed.

Vale a pena se hospedar neste ap, desde a recepção até no check-out, dona super atenciosa, apartamento bem limpo e além de tudo, bem mobiliado. Ficamos na parte de baixo onde tem a super sacada, foi excelente pois as crianças se divertiram muito nesta sacada. Amei....indico sem receio, pq além de serem educados são super idôneos. PARABÉNS.

Realy nice Apartment

This is a very nice apartment in the center of Copacavana. It is located in an area with many and good restaurants. The apartment is also just 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach in the world. The apartment itself is very practical layout with contemporary furnishings. In addition, the apartment has a large terrace with an outdoor shower, clothes and furniture. The landlady of the apartment is very friendly and helpful and also during our stay took care of everything. The apartment with the landlady is highly recommended. Thanks Jaqueline !!!

Appartement très bien situé, a 5mn à pied de la plage de copacabana et aussi du métro. Pas mal de commerce aux alentours. Il est bien équipé. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Jaqueline qui est très disponible. Que du positif.
