Day in day out, same old same old… sometimes our routines leave us with the ‘blahs’. Well, there’s good news folks! This Destin beachfront condo is so full of color and style that humdrum routines turn into lively days filled with excitement. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms of condo 240 evoke immediate smiles thanks to their unique linens, matching curtains and vibrant art all beautifully coordinated. In fact, the whole condo- with its travertine floors, beachfront balcony and upgraded kitchen- will light up any dreary mood because of its vivacious ambiance. Additionally, the master suite opens up to the private balcony overlooking the beach and also boasts a huge bathroom with custom tile work, an oversized tub and walk-in glass shower.

Condominium 240 rests on the second floor of the highly sought after Jade East towers. Being so close to the ground floor has so many perks- the beachfront pool and spa are just one floor down along with exclusive access to the white sands of the Gulf. Also highly convenient are extras like a washer/dryer and a separate ice maker right in the unit. Jade East guests also have access to tennis courts, a grilling deck and assigned parking.
And this condo comes with seasonally provided complementary beach chair setups each day of your stay. This includes 2 comfortable beach lounge chairs and 1 large umbrella. Plus, just beyond the gates are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and stores all within walking distance.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No tents or canopies allowed on beach.

This place was perfect for our family trip for 5 adults and 2 kids. The location can’t be beat and the complimentary beach chairs is also a plus. The view is amazing and it was very clean. I don’t really have any complaints! Awesome property, definitely recommend.

Amazing condo and location

Condo and location were excellent. Very nice pool and grill area. They kept the entire property very clean. Beach access was also great. Our only complaint was the excessive noise from work being done on another condo. It was very disruptive when we had to work.

Beach Getaway

This property is AWESOME!! The entire experience was perfect. The property managers made the entire process so easy..from check-in to check-out. This property is clean, has a very well-stocked kitchen, and is very nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. Wonderful Start to Summer

The views were amazing. The condo was clean and spacious - big enough for 2 families with kiddos (the bunk bed was perfect)! And the location was great. Literally the only thing I would suggest is to leave more items like toilet paper, especially when guests are staying for more than a few days. By the end of the week we were all hoarding TP like it was 2020! Overall it was a great stay. I would absolutely book again. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

We provide an initial setup of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners to get your vacation off to a good start. However, if you are staying for a longer trip or anticipate that you will need more than what we provide, we recommend either picking some up in town or packing additional supplies for your trip. Family Beach Vaca

The property was beautiful and located near everything we needed or wanted to do!! We did have trouble with or door key pad but we were able to get in touch with the property manager quickly and we had to call them a few times. We eventually figured it out. I think maybe we needed to give the lock code more time to process the code. We will stay here in the future ❤️

Great Getaway

Cozy, quiet, and steps from the beach. The umbrella and chair service that came with the unit is an amazing service. The location is less crowded than other areas on the beach with pristine water. This unit has all you need to feel at home with a less modern appeal. Very spacious and sizeable rooms. The master bath is a plus with a separate walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The balcony offers privacy and great views. The unit is fully furnished with all the amenities to walk right in and start your day.

Jade East 240

This unit in Jade East towers was very spacious and fit all of us. The pool is nice and being right on the beach is great. The check-in process was pretty easy, we were arriving late and the office called to make sure we knew where to pick up our wristbands. Since we checked in on the 30th we were given the June wristband and was told the next day we had the wrong wristband on. We had to get new ones for July. When we arrived the cable in the 2nd bedroom was not working and the office must have called about it from the previous renters because the cable company called me to ask about it. It took a day and half to fix it. Then the kitchen sink was clogged so we had to call and have someone come fix that (there was a bone the size of my finger stuck in the disposal). Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with so once we got things fixed we had a great time. Newman-Daily worked to make things right so we had a fun vacation. Thank you!

So the condo was ok but everyday the trash was packed and everyone just threw it in the trash room cause the chute was backed up. Also for what we paid I thought it would be nicer. Over priced for what it was.

First time being in Flordia and we picked a beautiful spot and condo!

I really enjoyed the place except one thing. The laundry soap yall used on towels and bed covers broke me out and I wound up in the ER. Other than the place was gorgeous!

This condo has a great view of the pool and the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. Great location. The only recommendation is to upgrade the front room TV to a smart TV so you can watch Netflix, Hulu etc. Will Definitely return to this Unit.

Wonderful spring break trip with my daughter and her family

If you want to go to Destin fl. The location of this condo can not be beat. Easy access to the ocean and the pool. We liked being on the second floor so we didn’t have to use elevators though there were elevators and they were not crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and great to cook in. The place was once decorated very well now it is somewhat dated. The beds were very comfortable however. Glad that we stayed here

Beautiful beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay at Jade East. Ryan was absolutely amazing and the face of great customer service. I travel a lot but by far this is the best place I’ve stayed thus far. The property location was perfect and access to shopping, eating and attractions. The property was clean and well maintained. I truly see myself staying here again.

Spacious unit stocked extremely well w dishes, flatware, pots n pans, pyrex casserole dishes, and various utensils and trays, cookie sheets, cutting boards. We used the drip coffee maker instead of the Keurig. The oversized fridge w freezer, range/oven, microwave, dish washer, wadsher n dryer all worked well. All beds were okay w King in Master Suite the best. Views are great and sunsets we experienced were AWESOME. Unfortunately the jets on hot tub were not working.... just as they were not last year during our stay. Pool was not heated until the day before Thanksgiving which was disappointing for the many folks at the complex for holiday week. SAM Security was lacking and beach gate needed no access code for much of our stay. Hot tub was often full of youngsters who used as a pool eather than spa. Football thrown across pool and rough housing went on without anyone to enforce posted pool rules. Beach Location is excellent and Newman Dailey service was again GREAT.... Thanks esp to Ryan!

Condo was exactly what we wanted. Disposal was broken and the master shower nozel l was broken as well. Only thing we didn't necessarily care for was the guy working in the jade tower umbrella stand. Somewhat rude and always made excuses why he couldn't make snow ones for my kids, but the older bald guy was extremely nice.

Amazing view
