Condo is nice, everyone is friendly . June grass limited our beach time this trip. We took the time to explore places near here. Panama City Beach is 30 min to the East and Destin 30 min to the West.

Location on beach is great - great views and also close to elevator was nice. The couch felt kinda dirty and worn down , super sinky/squishy- the one arm was collapsed a bit (like maybe somebody broke it??) - the kitchen counters, fridge, and all were nice - but cabinets definitely need some help, one shelf was barely staying on I had to balance some bowls near the front of shelf to keep from tipping over (left of fridge). floors are nice -like the look and the furniture, except couch. View is great and loved the high adirondack chairs! Nice washer and dryer -full size! The pool area needs work - the wood deck where lounge chairs is needing repair and the concrete tiles/curved edges are loose, some missing. But we swam in pool quite a bit and water was clean. We had good time for sure!! Thank you!

Needs work

Great facility and love the location. Have stayed in various units for many years. This one needs some updating and work. The heavy glass door leading out to the balcony is very hard to slide open, even after maintenance lubricated it. The bearings the door sits on are shot and need replacing. My wife had to really strain to open this door. I could do it but not without considerable effort. Should not have to be that hard! The mattress in the master bedroom is also worn out. Living room couch sits very low to the floor and if you have a little age on you it is difficult to get up and out of!
