Thank you Kevin! Glad you enjoyed your stay at Monte Kristeaux. Our sincerest apologies for the grill and sand. We will address the sand on the floor with our housekeeping company as that is completely not acceptable to our SWAY cleaning standards. On the grill, we will address that with our grounds keeper; grills are to be cleaned after each guest and there should be at least SOME propane to start guests out on. Refills are on guests should they need/want more if they are grilling a lot. Again, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will address this right away!
