Very good overall. An older building, but clean and well maintained. Property was well stocked with beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Door facing beach was hard for kids to open. We took kids there for fall break in mid October - we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was remarkably clean and uncrowded.

A private pool and an empty beach, your fall break timing was perfect! Glad the home was stocked and ready for the kids. We've noted the heavy beach door, too. Come back and see us anytime!

Great stay at great location

Our extended family all met here for a 5 day stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and in very good shape. Really enjoyed the other amenities when we weren't at the beach (pool, pickleball). Recommend Texas Red Golf carts if you need one!!

Terrific property for our mini-vacation

This was a great property for our family weekend, with two toddlers and grandma. The condo was well appointed and charming, and the beach access was great. When the battery died in the kids' smoke alarm (always happens at midnight) Dale came right after our text in the morning to replace it. Everything we could want was included, it was cute, updated and roomy, and we could walk to the beach and take a short drive to restaurants . Recommended!

Great Place Right on the Beach

Dale and his team were awesome. Met us despite our late arrival. The unit was exactly as advertised and very clean and neat. Not that easy of a task with all of the sand. Location is fantastic, right near beach marker 11. Drive your car and park right on the beach to transport all of the beach equipment, then walk back and forth between the unit with out lugging everything. Only $12 for season pass to park on beach. Our kids loved the free wifi!

Great location for Families

We spent several days here in mid-May with our grown children and 2 young grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and go back for the little’s naps when needed! We utilized the pool several times as well as the playground! We also cooked hamburgers outside using the charcoal grill near the pool. Our unit was comfortable, and very nicely decorated! The beds and linens were all clean and comfortable and we had plenty of towels! The only disappointment we experienced was the property laundry facilities. One might think that for a few days we could go without, but with a toddler and a baby, we found it necessary to wash some bed linens the second day we were there. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry (in quarters). The machines were old, sandy, and the space small, hot and unkempt. An update to your existing facilities would be much anppreciated! After all, the grounds, the pool, the units all seemed to be well taken care of! Overall, we were so happy with the unit itself, and its location! We love Port Aransas!

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Teri! It sounds like your family had a great time with the beach, pool, and playground all so close, and the cooking opportunities outdoors really made it easy to enjoy meals together. I can see how the laundry situation might have been a bit frustrating, especially with little ones. It’s definitely helpful feedback for the property management to consider improving those facilities, as it sounds like the rest of the space was well-maintained. Glad you had a great stay overall, and Port Aransas definitely sounds like a great spot for family trips!

Great for family getaway

This property is very spacious and has a very nice interior. The walkway to the beach is amazing and is only about 130 yards to the beach. The only thing that was wrong with the rooms were that the remotes for the fans in the rooms did not all have good batteries in them. Other than that it was a great stay and can’t wait to come back!!
