O apartamento nos foi entregue impecável. A mobília é quase toda nova.As peças mais antigas são super bem conservadas. A cozinha tem um bom tamanho e conta com um filtro excelente! A água deixa de ser uma preocupação. O apartamento é muito bem ventilado e quem sente mais calor pode se refrescar no quarto com ar condicionado. É muito bem localizado, tem tudo o que você precisa bem pertinho! A vista convida a passar horas na varanda. A atenção do zelador merece destaque, ele faz você se sentir em casa. Definitivamente é um apartamento para voltar muitas e muitas vezes!

Estive nesse lindo apartamento no período de 21/01/2015 a 25/01/2015 com minha família. O apartamento é espetacular !!! Muito espaçoso, aconchegante, com uma varanda maravilhosa de frente para o mar que faz toda a diferença !!! Condiz plenamente com o que está descrito no site. A localização é privilegiada. A melhor de Pitangueiras. Bem servido por supermercados, shopping, bares e restaurantes. Não tive nenhum problema. O pessoal do condomínio são todos educados, atenciosos, e Sr. Edivaldo que é muito gentil e prestativo. O serviço de praia é nota dez. Totalmente recomendável .
