Welcome to Sea Escape vacation home. We hope you enjoy your stay and find yourself immersed in the beauty of the Florida Keys, where doing nothing is doing something. Sea Escape is located in the exclusive Key Colony Beach, a place where you can fish, swim, sunbathe, go kayaking, dive, go snorkeling, play golf, ride a boat, relax, and most of all have a good time. Just walking distance from the house, you have a few dining options plus accessibility to the private Cabana Club, where you can enjoy a sandy beach, swimming pool, full bar, and a snack bar with great choices for lunch. No boat, no problem; at the entrance of Key Colony Beach, you can rent one. Sea Escape includes a dock space of up to 34 feet with quick access to the open ocean. We hope your time at Sea Escape adds wonderful memories and brings you closer to nature.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home

Sea escape is a beautiful home. Great size home in Key Colony Beach. We were able to bring our boat and have a great day on the water, come back and jump in the pool. Very well equipped and comfortable.Ready to book next year!! thank you.

Great location

Nice home in great community. Having the ability to use the Beach club pool was an absolute bonus. The home lacked a few basic essential for the family who plans to cook quite a few meals, but the area was convenient and being in the channel was perfection.

Sea Escape over Christmas Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property over Christmas. The layout of the home was perfect for our small family. The heated pool was fantastic, with nice views of the canal. The provided kayaks were great! Our kids loved that they could fish in the canal or enjoy the game room area as well. We definitely plan to return to this property in the future. 10/10 would recommend for a quiet, relaxing vacation.
