2 bed, 2 bath Modern Rustic barndominium. The Old Homeplace

About this space
The Old Home Place is a modern-rustic farmhouse that features two bedrooms with queen size beds, a loft with a twin daybed, with an additional twin trundle bed. The couch in the main living area pulls out also, making a full size bed. A full bathroom is on both floors, a fully stocked kitchen and full size laundry appliances. Don't forget to enjoy the screened-in porch and the fire pit. We have plenty of nice, level space for parking, including motorcycles and trailers.
Other things to note
There is very little cellular service here, but you should be able to text and call through wifi if your phone allows it.
We are about 30 minutes from any major town, but the closest gas station or Dollar General store is about 10 minutes away. Beautiful scenic drives.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in it. Matt, our host, was top notch. He was very friendly and helpful any time I had a question. He is definitely a SUPER HOST!!!! I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to staying here in the future! 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Peace and Serenity

Betsy and Matt were amazing hosts! Their property is absolutely beautiful and so clean, peaceful and perfect distance away from everything but close enough to be able to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This family of eight had plenty of space and felt like we were home! Thank you for everything! We will be back!!
