Welcome to Arrowleaf 206, a 1,471 square foot condo at Empire Pass with views of the chairlift, the runs and the mountains beyond from your private balcony. Hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and a gourmet kitchen make it as comfortable as it is convenient.

Skiing starts at the door on the Silver Buck run. The Empire Pass on-demand shuttle and a free Park City bus stop 0.2 miles away cover everything else, and Main Street is 2.5 miles down the hill.

With a king suite and a bunk suite, the condo is ideal for couples, families and small groups of up to six.

The Space

Living Room: Hardwood floors, a modern sofa, gas fireplace, 65" Smart TV, board games and balcony access over the ski run.

Kitchen and Dining: A Subzero refrigerator, wine fridge, Wolf gas range, stone counters, drip and Keurig coffee makers, an island with bar seating and a table for six, plus a built-in desk.

Outdoor: A private balcony overlooking the community hot tubs, fire pits, chairlift and ski run.

Wonderful condo ski in/ski out

Well appointed condo directly on the ski slope. Have stayed at this development 3 times now and will continue to stay here. A couple of key issues upon checkin but concierge staff was immediately on top of it and solved the issues.

Great ski-in ski-out location

Arrowleaf 206 is in a terrific location, overlooking the Silver Strike Express. A convenient slopeside locker room means you don't have to tote your skis and boots to and from the unit every day. The unit itself was well appointed, with soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and ample paper products. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and Cranium in the evenings. The rooms and appliances were clean, and the Wolf range is a treat to cook on. We had some difficulty getting into the unit because the lock is quirky, and the key wouldn't turn all the way. It was 10 pm when we got there, so we had to call the after-hours line and spend a fair amount of time on hold (and getting disconnected). Fortunately, we were able to jiggle the lock open ourselves (emergency maintenance was a hour away). It was a frustrating start, but now that we know the trick (turn the key counterclockwise as far as possible and hold it while pulling the door handle down and toward you), we would happily stay there again!
