Welcome to Emerald Waves! Our three-story haven, nestled in the heart of Inlet Beach, is the ultimate beach vacation destination.

Our outdoor patio right off the kitchen is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The large seating area, fire-pit table, and television create an outdoor oasis for our guests to kick back and have a cocktail/mocktail with family and friends!

Our kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you require to prepare delicious meals. The generously sized center island is the perfect gathering spot for socializing and enjoying good company.

Gather and entertain in our open second floor that includes a large well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room, plenty of seating, a Bar Cart, and Live TV for watching the big game or a movie night in!

Inlet Beach is known for the white sand beaches stretching for miles, crystal clear turquoise waters for swimming and snorkeling, and the stunning natural beauty of the sand dunes.

HOUSE RULES:
- Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or older and stay at the property.
- No parties allowed at this property. Vacation homes in the area may lose their rental license if parties occur.
- We ask for a separate rental agreement to be signed after booking. The signor and responsible guest must be a minimum of 25.
- We place a $500 security damage deposit "hold" on your credit card 3 days before your stay. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.
- We accept small, non-shedding dogs on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to booking for approval. We have a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
