It is approximately 22 miles from downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards. Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. Come stay on a private Cul-de-sac in a country setting where you can see the stars at night but so close to every amenity you could ever need. The backyard is an entertainers paradise with 3 huge covered porches with palm trees and landscaping that surround a beautiful pool. This home also has custom solar screens on every window to help with the Texas heat.

Huge swimming pool with a stone waterfall, water slide, water volleyball, water basketball, pool toys, tanning ledge, two pool lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool lights, palm trees and beautiful landscaping surrounding. A 6 person hot tub with lounger and color changing lights with a TV and firepit nearby. Huge covered patios with ceiling fans and roll down shades to escape the heat. Color changing landscape lighting and string lighting at night. A TIki bar with mini fridge and bar stools by the pool. Dedicated outhouse bathroom by the pool with a sink, urinal, and new toilet. 4 outdoor TVs with all Dish channels. DISH offers more than 330 channels, including local networks, regional and national sports, premium movie channels and more. You may also log into your account on Netflix or Amazon Prime. There are two surround sound systems that you can connect to by Bluetooth. Outdoor Polk Sound Bar has a Front sound bar, 4 rear speakers, and one subwoofer.

The Game room has 6 ceiling speakers you can either connect to the TV or your phone, along with plenty of games including a pool table, foosball, table hockey, giant jenga, connect four, ladder toss, cornhole, darts, etc. There are also 2 pool speakers you can connect to by Bluetooth Outdoor PyleUSA. There are 4 refrigerators available for use. One full sized refrigerator with a freezer, one mini fridge by back door, one in the outdoor kitchen, and another in the Tiki bar you can use to store your refreshments. There is an outdoor kitchen you can use to cook. Stovetop burners, propane grill, Blackstone, and offset smoker. Please clean and turn off propane after use.

Inside the house you will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 full bathrooms. Each room has a TV. There is an office with a futon, as well as a large upstairs movie room with sleeper sofas and futons. A big TV in the living room with surround sound, 3 couches, dining area, and large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, burners, air fryer, blender, crock pot, toaster, and coffee maker. In the laundry room you will find a new washer and dryer. In the garage there is a full gym with equipment and a TV.

We are pet friendly, limit of 4 pets, pets stay for free. There is a fenced in area to the right of the house to keep the dogs in, as well as a dog house. Please clean up after your pets.

No Parties / Noise Policy
Strictly no parties or excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am)
Monitored via exterior cameras & noise sensors.
No more than 30 people on the property at any time.
Violation = immediate eviction with no refund.
There is parking available for 10-15 cars in the driveway.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. (Including garage)
If you smoke outdoors, please be courteous and clean up any remnants.
