New Pool in 2021 w/Deck & Fencing. A generous outdoor area for games, fishing, boating, and enjoying Mother Nature. We have 2 docks (1 w/electric), a PRIVATE boat ramp, fish cleaning sink, swings, RV hook-up, hammocks, basketball court, 3 Commercial Crab traps,1 BBQ grill, dance patio, and 5 paddle boats. What a beautiful property! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us. Everything we needed was there and it was big space. My uncle brought his 46 foot RV and was able to park on property with electric which was so nice we could have the whole family in one location.

Amazing summer vacation

A group of 14 friends and family stayed at this wonderful home near the end of June 2025 for three nights. It was one of the most memorable vacations any of us have ever had. The view of the river is incredible, the pool is well kept and refreshing; the house is spacious and homey. We had so much fun swimming in the pool, fishing and using the canoes on the river, and exploring the greater Ocala area nearby. We are definitely going to return and possibly make this an annual trip as long as the house is available. 5 stars all the way, the host was extremely kind and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area for any type of vacation. Thank you!!

Mother’s Day Gathering

We arrived easily to the property and everything was very clean. The owners thought of everything and we had all the supplies we needed. The river was fabulous and the kids really enjoyed the swings and the pool. We had amazing weather and the owners were easily reachable and responded immediately to our questions. The room set up was great and allowed plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our trip. Will be back again next year for sure.

Best Birthday little getaway ever

Stayed here for a birthday weekend with some friends and family and it was nothing short of perfect. Loved every second of it. Family Vacation

The property was as described in the listing. We had a great time. The only down side is the distance to get to places to visit. It was a full hour to get to St Augustine and a little more than two hours to the Kennedy Space Center. There is a lot to do on the property but not much nearby if you want to sightsee.

Nice property for large family wanting to relax.

Property was spacious. Kids liked the pool. Everyone loved fishing. We seen Manatees, caught a few sting rays, bass and catfish. We liked the fridge downstairs it made it convenient to keep drinks in while we were outside. The house had everything we needed. The only downside would be the internet is very slow.

In July 2019 we purchased this property to have a private getaway for ourselves and family to relax, go fishing, crabbing, shrimping or visit one of the many attractions and activities that are in and around the area. The home is easily accessible from the Jacksonville International Airport which has been ideal for us to fly in, grab a rental car and be poolside within an hour. We have been on a mission to update and upgrade the property with big projects being completed each year and smaller projects every time we visit when possible. Big projects completed thus far: EXTERIOR - Installed Pool, Pool Deck & Completely Fenced the Area; Screened Back Porch, New Furniture in lower screened porch; New Grill; Installed Solar Lights on Long Pier; New Table, Chairs, Umbrella & Rug for Concrete Patio; New Swivel Rocking Chairs and Rug in Screened Porch off Dining Room; New Furniture on Front Porch; New Hammocks & Swing in yard; Built Beer Pong Table. INTERIOR - New Smart TV's for Living Room, Den & all 6 Bedrooms; Painted both Bathrooms; Appointed Kitchen with New Dishes, Silverware, Glassware, Cookware, etc.; Numerous other smaller projects and repairs. Projected New Updates: Ceramic Tile Floors in Bathrooms Fall 2022; New Fire Pit; Raised Walk Way to the Long Pier; New Roof. Soon will be going solar as well.
