This large recently updated Riverfront retreat is a perfect location for family gatherings, fishing trips, staycations. Enjoy world class fishing and boat dock and local boat rental. Just 25 Minutes to St Augustine Florida. This fantastic home was fully renovated in 2024. Enjoy the custom kitchen with large island and lots of storage. Common areas is open with sweeping views. Florida room is equipped with pool table and games.

We offer ample private sleep arrangements: a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC for a comfortable stay. River views for miles

Stayed at this place over the Memorial Day weekend and it was great. The views were fantastic and we just sat in the glass in family room for hours upon hours looking at the river. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.The host was very responsive and I would stay here again

Beautiful, relaxing location

We stayed here with a group of military veterans as part of a non-profit therapeutic recreational parachute training. The house provided an excellent spot to decompress and fellowship together after long training days. There was an issue initially with the water being shut off, but the host was an excellent communicator and worked to resolve the issue.
