This large recently updated Riverfront retreat is a perfect location for family gatherings, fishing trips, staycations. Enjoy world class fishing and boat dock and local boat rental. Just 25 Minutes to St Augustine Florida. This fantastic home was fully renovated in 2024. Enjoy the custom kitchen with large island and lots of storage. Common areas is open with sweeping views. Florida room is equipped with pool table and games.

We offer ample private sleep arrangements: a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC for a comfortable stay. Experience the magic of East Palatka at our Riverhouse.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all electronics are turned off & BOTH AC units are turned up to 75 when leaving the property. In winter if the heat is on please leave the units at 70.
Please make sure key is returned to lock box and ALL doors in the house are locked and Laundry room door closed tight as well
Please take out all trash and place in the trash bins before leaving the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept pets. The listing is clear and guests are reminded before booking. If pet rule is broken guest is subject to a $750 fine
No pellet guns are to be used near the windows of our home. Any use of these and damage of the property will result in a $1,500 fine

River views for miles

Stayed at this place over the Memorial Day weekend and it was great. The views were fantastic and we just sat in the glass in family room for hours upon hours looking at the river. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.The host was very responsive and I would stay here again

Was perfect for a week long family trip. Getting to host a wedding rehearsal dinner where we stayed was super convenient. The space was roomy and cozy. The view was amazing then when the sun started setting it became spectacular!!!!The only down part was the kitchen could have had more dishes for cooking large meals and the grill could use an update. Location was perfect for a quiet and remote trip. Host was GREAT to work with and answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful, relaxing location

We stayed here with a group of military veterans as part of a non-profit therapeutic recreational parachute training. The house provided an excellent spot to decompress and fellowship together after long training days. There was an issue initially with the water being shut off, but the host was an excellent communicator and worked to resolve the issue.
