From the Kitchen, a cozy family room with TV leads to an expansive Living Room with showcase fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and TV. This space is combined with the formal Dining Room with table that seats 10-12 and includes a door leading to back to the Kitchen. Of note in this space is a lovely Craftsman Style stained glass clerestory decorative window dividing this space from the Family Room. Beyond the Living Room is a large Primary Bedroom with King bed, fireplace, and TV. Across the hall is a large Full Bath with separate whirlpool tub, tiled shower, double vanity, bidet, and commode. At the end of the hall is a club style reading room. Also on the first floor are laundry facilities and a half bath.

SECOND FLOOR: Carpeted stairs lead to the second floor, accented by a large sitting area with TV that divides this level in two.
