We stayed here for 3 nights for concerts at Raymond James Stadium. While it is an older neighborhood. The house has been very nicely updated and has all you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Communication with the host was excellent in the weeks leading up to our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. A few days before our arrival, we received check-in instructions; however, when we arrived at the property, we discovered that the access code was not included. After reviewing all of our email correspondence and reservation details, I was unable to locate it and had to call the host for assistance.Unfortunately, that interaction was disappointing. I found the host's tone to be rude, sarcastic, and somewhat condescending. The experience left us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to contact her again during our stay, even when we had additional questions.The property itself was very nice and met our expectations overall. The only feature we were not particularly fond of was the elevated bed in the main bedroom, which may not be suitable for all guests.Overall, the accommodation was enjoyable, but the negative check-in experience and subsequent interaction with the host affected our stay.

I'd like to apologize for making you and your family feel uncomfortable.That is not my intent, nor never, is my intent, to make anyone uncomfortable or sad- When I send out my home entry emails, the normally go out the day before any guest arrival >>the first thing I say is, that the code for the front door and the kitchen door is! If i over looked that i apologize again- * when you call me, your tone was overly abrupt. And the first thing you said was we are at your property and you did not give me the code to enter the house! I simply said>> i normally send it to the email. So the person could have it before they start traveling. I also said>> I do apologize, please hold for a second. Let me check your code because I always change the entrance code. thank you kindly. * i answered on the first ring. You received the code in less then 2 minutes. * because I understand after a long travel, you just want to sit down and take a load off and don't want to hear anything * a month before you started your traveling, I explained the same thing you said. Y asked what to exect? And I explained that you received the code to enter and all the Wi-Fi and pool and everything. You also asked for early entry, inwhich I granted and later, you asked for checking out late, which I grant it, as well- * but I will point out, I explained that I did not do late checkouts>> and your words were well, we'll just make other arrangements. * the master bedroom has a beautful foot step/ in the closet

This was a very. Very nice property. It's in an older section of town with narrow streets. But, it is very quiet and we had ZERO problems. Everything worked except the shower drained a little bit slow. The kitchen has plenty of food, condiments, towels, dish soap, etc. in it. It was very well supplied with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. there is a wonderful Jacuzzi on the back porch as well as a bar height table. Sink and nice counter space. There is a foosball table on the porch as well as a grill out back. I could go on and on but we were very impressed with the atten tion to detail. It's obvious the owner had traveled a lot as she understands wha t amenities make a stay very enjoyable. Thanks. We're planning on returning to Tampa again as there is soooo much to do.
