The Space:
Experience the charm of the Texas Hill Country at Peacock Ranch, a serene retreat just minutes from Main St. Nestled on 5 oak-covered acres along Ranch Road 965, our property offers a haven for deer and wildlife. You're only 6 minutes from Main St. and 12 minutes from Enchanted Rock.

The Peacock House (3 BR 2 BA) & The Coop (2 BR 1 BA):
Step into the Peacock House and admire custom murals, a newly renovated kitchen, sparkling bathrooms with glass walk-in showers, and a backyard with a hot tub and fire pit. This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional couch, a pull out sofa, cozy wine room, and 'rustic glam' decor with modern amenities. The backyard patio offers a grill, cornhole, and more. Exclusive access to The Coop, a modern barn with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 75-inch TV, ping pong table, kitchenette, lounge area, and bar.

Secret Garden (1 BR 1 BA):
Tucked away on our 5-acre property, the Secret Garden is a hidden gem for two. This recently renovated 1-bedroom cottage boasts a private courtyard with mature oak trees, a fire pit, and hot tub overlooking a meadow. Inside, find a king bed, TV, kitchenette, and modern bathroom. Parking is available outside the covered patio.

Both structures offer a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and essential amenities. Come unwind and create lasting memories in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Girls Golf Trip

What a bargain for a large group! We had a group of 12 ladies on a golf trip / wine drinking / and fun getaway from the big city! Everything was as pictured and advertised. Would definitely stay there again.

F'burg for the Eclipse!

Our stay was fantastic! Exactly as advertised, which was great. Plenty of space for all the kids to stretch out, plenty of separate sleeping areas for different cliques to congregate, just right! We used the grill for burgers and dogs one night, went really good. Great location, outside of town but still close enough. Perfect!

Perfect Friends/ Family getaway

We had the best time at the peacock ranch… our friends and family spring break was top notch with the amount of rooms, space and activities on site. The tweens loved The Coop and getting to feel as if they had their own place and the couple with the baby enjoyed the secret garden and the ability to keep more quiet. We had a big family football game on the front yard that the kids will remember forever! We would definitely stay here again.

The best girlcation

We did a small bachelorette party here for my little sister and had so much fun! It was so relaxing - the hot tub was a perfect touch, and we even made smores by the fire. So much space and room for everyone, and we got to use the bar space as a change of scenery. It was a wonderful stay for everything you need, and Joe was so helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you!
