Stunning two-story HILLTOP HOME conveniently located 2 minutes to Main St. Fredericksburg, TX. 4BR/3.5BA beauty has peaceful sweeping views perfect for watching the sunset. Unwind in the cozy living room, prepare delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen, or spend time enjoying the grounds and views. The property offers a wrap around deck, hot tub, firepit, floor to ceiling stone wood burning FP, recent updates including appliances. Plenty of room for the whole family to gather. Up stairs is 2 Bedrooms 1 King bed and 1 Queen. The downstairs sleeping quarters offer a queen bed and 2 full size sleeper sofas. The other Bedroom offers a queen bed. Both have private baths with walk in shower. The living area upstairs has 2 queen sleeper sofas. Home has ample space to be together and spread out for a little quite time. This home is dog friendly at additional charge. Wine shuttles will come to the home for pickup.

Pet Friendly! $35/pet per day. Two pet maximum.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Fredericksburg Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great time

Had a Mother’s Day retreat and we had a great time. The house was spacious and plenty of room. We loved the view! Well maintained and had all the things we needed.

Trash was never taken out from last people who stayed causing a lot of flies. The propane fire pit did not work.

Beautiful view and peaceful escape!

Nice space for 8 people to sleep 2 to a very comfy bed! The views are beautiful and the place is clean- the hot tub was worked amazing and was very user friendly! A great place to watch the sunset over a glass of wine with friends. The location is a short drive away from the main attractions in Fredricksburg. Would stay again!
