Exceeded Expectations
Perfect basecamp for paddles and biking at nearby Blue Clay Bike Park. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic views of the river without any development on the other side—just nature. Short commute to great restaurants. Very interesting Civil War history as the current neighborhood is built over the former Swann Plantation. Civil War graves abandoned in a nearby tree thicket. House is nicely renovated. We appreciated the hot water on demand, coffee bar and rain shower. Super clean. Also liked not having to haul our kayaks here. Be sure and check tides before you put in. Current can be very strong. Not for unsupervised kids! Easy put in on property.
