Everything is brand new, super clean, and waiting for you.

Our home is located on Ocean Ave in Bradley Beach. We have one of the few homes that qualifies for group rentals in this family friendly town.

When you are done with the beach, cross the street, enjoy the cool breezes from the front porch. You can sit in comfort and enjoy the fireworks or play some Mini-golf: is across the street. The playground is down the block, and their is free live music and dancing at the Gazebo every night.

Conveniently located near major Route 18, the Garden State Parkway and walking distance to the train, getting here is easy.

It a quick stroll on the boardwalk to Ocean Grove, Asbury Park, Avon, and Belmar. Under 20 minutes and you can spend the day or night in Point Pleasant or Pier Village in Long Branch.

Great Restaurants, Bowling, Movie Theater, and an Ice Cream Shop line Main Street. So kick back and relax or go out and play. Life is great and the Shore. So, come on down and stay with us for a while. You will feel and home in our new home.

Perfect close to a long journey

Rode my motorcycle from Seaside, Oregon, more than 4200 miles, to complete my coast to coast ride. The place was spacious, clean, and cool. Great location and awesome deck. Wohld do agian.

Great place close to the beach!

Cannot beat the location of this house--right across from the beach! Unlike the previous reviewer, we had no issues with the porch furniture or the cleanliness of the house. House had everything we need and was very comfortable for three friends--would reccomend!

This is a perfect location. Sunrises from the upper deck were spectacular. The house was clean and kitchen, linens, etc. were well stocked. Maurice was a great host and communicated with us promptly and often to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Great Oceanfront Beach Vacation House

Wonderful beach house located oceanfront. Perfect for small families. Loved the outdoor second floor deck to watch sunrises over the ocean and to see and hear crashing waves in evening. Will likely return.

Property is not well maintained and the cleaning crew left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dishes in the dish rack and wet laundry in the laundry machine. The floors were not swept and generally the property felt very run down with poor furnishings no attention to detail. There was a TV in the master bedroom that was not only not plugged in but did not have access to power.

Perfect Beach Location Needs Updates

Wonderful location across from the boardwalk and ocean! We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and evening cocktails on the upstairs porch overlooking the ocean. It was only steps from the beach. Maurice is a very responsive host. But the place needs some serious updates. For example, the grill is barely usable and the vertical blinds do not work. Bathrooms are mostly clean but quite small and outdated.

Just ok. Not what we had hoped for.

The property is right on the ocean as listed, but the pictures show a cozy front porch and beautiful flower beds out front. 4 plastic chairs and gravel in the beds is what it really is. The cleaning fee was excessive due to the fact that when we arrived, there were dirty dried foot prints in the front bedroom on the floor, items under furniture when we had to move a small dresser over, and hair in the bathroom tub and floors. Many broken or non-functional blinds and access to the top floor balcony was prohibitive due to said non-functional blinds. We would have been happier with these having been updated and the cleanliness having matched the cleaning fee.

Bradley Beach

The location was perfect. It was wonderful being so close to the beach with access to the boardwalk and a short walk to Asbury Park. The Bradley Beach is very nice. We also enjoyed spending time on the upper deck of the home with the ocean view.I was a bit disappointed in the house itself. The front porch furniture had faded plastic chairs, stained and torn cushions and old floor mats. The living room, dining room and bedrooms were fine but I found the kitchen unacceptable. Most of the pots and pans were unusable, there were not enough glasses, there was only a Keurig coffee maker and the drawers and cabinets were disorganized with items just thrown in. There was no foil, plastic wrap, storage bags or containers and no kitchen towels or dish cloths. I was also not happy with the lack of cleanliness in the entire house. The refrigerator still had items from previous renters and was not cleaned, the steps were not vacuumed and I really believe that the floors were not mopped as our feet were dirty from walking on them. I also confirmed before our visit that beach tags are supplied but never got an answer when I asked how many there would be. When I found only 3 tags I contacted the owner who replied that only 2 are provided and 1 must have been left by a previous renter. I believe that if you advertise that your home can accommodate 7 people, 7 beach tags should be provided. If some of these issues would be addressed the home would be a very nice rental.

The property was clean, well kept, and well supplied. Everything needed for the beach was available. The only drawback was on the street parking, which for our offseason visit was not a problem.

Our family loved our stay here. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and we will definitely return! We had grandparents and small children with us and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Love the Jersey Shore

If you know the Jersey Shore this home is spot on. Covered front porch with chairs, Master Bedroom balcony upstairs over looks the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, one full bath upstairs is a claw foot tub with shower, other full bath is off the kitchen, and is very small. Good space, all a/c works, washer/dryer, dishwasher!!! Backyard has storage, picnic table, and hose. Location is prime, ride your bikes from Asbury to Belmar! Wee had a marvelous time, and enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and boardwalk as well as the many restaurants and activities in the Bradley Beach/Asbury Park area. The house is older and could use some updates. However, the location and size were great for my husband and I to enjoy a week at the beach with our adult children.

In town for music festival

This was my first time coming to New Jersey and I traveled with my husband and another couple. I reserved this charming house for a music festival at Asbury. The owner was super easy to work with and communicated well. The location was right on the beach and we loved waking up and drinking coffee on the front porch. The only thing I wish was a little different was I wish the house was updated a little more for the amount we paid. The bathrooms are a little tight, BUT this wouldn't stop me from booking again!!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation

This home is the perfect location for a beach vacation. The front porch and the deck upstairs were wonderful to enjoy the beach views, the ocean breeze, and relax and enjoy. Overall great but the kitchen is a little understocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc..... Enjoyed the entertainment of the mini golf across the street and the easy access to the beach.
