A great place for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. Secluded out in the country is exactly what we wanted but close to the Canyon. Beds were comfortable and large kitchen and dining table were great for family dinners.

Spacious home just outside Grand Canyon

We stayed here with a big field team geologizing in the Grand Canyon. The home was a cheerful base of operations, with a big kitchen, lots of room for everyone, and mere minutes from the South Entrance. Looking forward to staying again.

Away from crowds but close to Grand Canyon entrance,

All five adults loved this property. It’s an easy 20 min drive from GC park entrance and much more affordable than the hotels in Tusayan or in GC park. We also enjoyed havi g kitchen, separate bedrooms and common area.

Good for large families or groups

Very comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's basically as close as you can get to the Grand Canyon for a rental house. Some of the decor is outdated and could be updated, and the water pressure was often low or uneven. Very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful sunsets.

Jennifer, glad you stayed with us! You cannot beat those beautiful sunsets from there. Superior to the hotels near the Canyon as their sunset views are often blocked and the peace and quiet enhances it even more. The water is pressured by a demand pump. It stays low pressure (for a glass of water or quick on/off) Once on a few seconds it kicks in, it's a pump saving feature. Not really a problem. Glad you felt at home and had a special time. Always welcomed back.

The location is great!

The location is great, and the house is fine. It is not top quality, but the location makes up for it - close to the Grand Canyon (compared to other options).

Perfect for the Grand Canyon

Would highly recommend this property for families wanting to visit the GC south rim area. You won’t find closer accommodations for a family. Lots of room and a beautiful night sky!

Thanksgiving Stay

Spent a few nights for Thanksgiving at the property with my family and it was a very wonderful location. We found the many rooms to be very accommodating for a larger group like ourselves. Had a very nice time stargazing at night and having some peace and quiet, away from the city. Truly a wonderful stay and we'd love to visit again in the future.

Great home near the Grand Canyon

We stayed there along with my husband's parents, and we had more than enough space. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed some quiet time there after spending most of 2 days at Grand Canyon. It's about a 30 minute drive from the house to the entrance of the Grand Canyon (more if the traffic is backed up at the pay stations due to the government cuts), so it's about as far away as I would like to stay with driving back and forth.Trish is super helpful, and we would happily stay there again should we return to the area.

Its very convenient to visit the Grand Canyon area, very privately tucked off the hwy for easy access, No hwy noise. Its an absolutely peaceful, enjoyable setting with some fantastic sunsets, wildlife feel at ease here. You can just unload the worlds worries and feel at peace. If you need additional accommodations for larger groups please call.
