Family Reunion

Our family had the most wonderful time reuniting in this incredible home. There was always something to do for everyone. Someone would be playing pool in the game room. Others would be tanning by the pool. It was a lovely neighborhood to go for a morning walks! We had the absolute best time here and highly recommend.

Cozy house and amazing pool/bunk house

We had an awesome time at this rental. The pool was awesome, the kids loved the bunk house and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is we couldn’t find a wine opener and the bathroom situation was a little difficult with 16 people. I can’t imagine 22. One bathroom goes through the master and the other is in the hall. One more bathroom would have made it perfect. Overall I would recommend!

Family Fun

We stayed for spring break with school age kids. Paying to heat the pool in March was worth the extra fee. The game room was fantastic and the kids (age 8-16) all enjoyed it immensely. The home was very clean. The only negative was beach access. While the listing says it’s only 6 minutes from the beach that is for a walkover with no parking. The closest beach access with parking was closed for renovation construction and we had to drive about 20 minutes from the house.

Hi Amy, Thanks so much for the positive review! I just wanted to add that we are much closer to the beaches than a 20 minute drive. I'm guessing this was referring Michlers Beach which is about 15 mins away and it is undergoing renovations right now. However, we are located right on the border of Ponte Vedra Beach and Jax Beach - Jax Beach has tons of street parking in addition to parking lot parking about every 1/2 mile - 1 mile along the beach. Some you have to pay for and some are free. Ponte Vedra Beach has much more limited parking situations and is about a 1.5 mile walk to the closest beach access. I am happy to discuss parking / beach access locations with any renter. In addition, we have the most popular beaches and parking options listed out in our guidebook that is accessible after booking!
