Upscale house 50 meters from one of the best beaches of the south coast of sao paulo, comfortably sleeps 30 people with 5 suites, and also has a gourmet area with oven and wood stove along with a great barbecue and all facing a beautiful 7x3mt pool, the house has indoor parking for up to 10 cars, the house also has a high wall that avoids the sight of bad guys and with alarm system, monitoring cameras and electric fence, you also have the comfort of cable tv and wi-fi internet in every room of the house, all suites have tv and ceiling fan the house also has a great garden, all for you to enjoy on your weekends and extended holidays. .

Imóvel perfeito sem nada para reclamar tem de tudo é um pouco mais na casa. Os donos tbm super atenciosos. Penso apenas que na sala podia ter um ventilador de teto. Mas isso não faz diferença nenhuma. Parabéns e voltaremos mais vezes

Excelente imóvel, muito limpo organizado e arejado, perto da praia e comércio, vizinhança tranquila. A casa tem tudo necessário para passar um ótimo final de semana. Casa linda, aconchegante,piscina maravilhosa e um espaço amplo para guardar uns 10 carros, o q é muito importante. Não tem como ir e não querer voltar depois...fica sempre um gostinho de quero mais. Aluguei a casa no carnaval e ja quero alugar de novo rs. A casa é maravilhosa, o proprietário é super gente boa, os quartos são muito confortáveis, a piscina é ótimo, o lugar é muito bom. Enfim a casa é sensacional. Quem alugar não vai se arrepender.
