Terra verde resort 4brs / 3bth cozy Townhome

As a seasoned host, we get a guest every now and then that wants a hotel experience but the space of a house. Based of the needs of this guest we would recommend a hotel in the future for all of your travel needs. This guest should not stay in a self serving home. We were off to a bad start as soon as they arrived, due to the lack of being able to follow entry instructions. They had trouble getting into the home and stayed outside for almost a hour. All three instructions are simple easy to follow steps. Minutes after entering the home, they contacted me again to inform they were displeased with the state of the pool area. It is FL and some weeds had grown one the deck, the following day the deck was fully weeded. In addition she couldnt understand why there was foil on the outside grill. It was explained to the guest, it is FL, and due to humidity and public use, the foil was for sanitiary and protective purposes changed by our cleaner between stays, but they were welcome to remove it. Later in the evening the guest reached out again stating a plumbing issue with the master shower. My guess is the flooded something and didnt want to admit it because my plumber could not find a single plumbing issue but had to fix the ceiling where something was flooded. As with any rental home without house keeping, towels are stocked for the stay. There is a washer dryer in unit, but we always provide more upon request, and a request for more towels was never made.
