At 1200 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 503 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 6 people. Completely remodeled in 2010, this modern, sleek unit has the advantage of 2 Master Bedrooms and an additional Full Bath. One Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, a Full Size Bath, a Flatscreen TV with Direct TV. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, Full Size Bath, a Flatscreen TV and Direct TV, as well. Enjoy views of The Mountain from the enclosed sun room and relax in the ample Living Room. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, watch the Direct TV on the Flatscreen TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. The Full Size Kitchen, with all new, modern appliances is apart of the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered Ski-in/Ski-out; The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73766 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Great spot. Fantastic convenient location. Good hot tub (shared). Good parking, no car needed. Village didnt have amazing nightlife options but that was expected going in. Condo itself was clean, well laid out, well stocked, and incredibly convenient.

There is a ski rental location right next door and two base lifts are about a 2 minute walk from the building. The condo living area and bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is small but satisfactory.

Great place in a great location

Great location with views of Copper mountain lifts and slopes. Comfy beds, kitchen is well stocked, we cooked all our dinners in. Bedrooms are spacious. Enclosed balcony/sun room is convenient. Coffee shop is on the ground floor in the same building, market and village shops are a few steps away. Garage is underground and heated, there is a ski tuning/waxing area in there which is very convenient for ski racing trips. Property managers were easy to reach and accommodating to our requests. We would stay here again.

Location is the only strong point

The location is excellent. Steps to the lift. Other than that I would say that it is a dark and claustrophobic property. The beds are old and creaky. The kitchen is poorly appointed. The televisions are tiny, and the noise from the hallway sounds like it’s in your room. We actually left a day early because we weren’t skiing anymore and it wasn’t enjoyable enough to just hang out. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO over the years. If this were cheaper, it would be a value for the location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice Condo. The kitchen was lacking. Most condos we've stayed at has a basic supply of spices. This one had salt and pepper that's it. Very minimal utensils and glasses. The pillows all need replacing as they were all flat. Every morning it takes almost 5 mins of constant running water to be able to get warm water for a shower, what a waste of water. All in all the Condo pretty nice. The sun room was great to sit in to take in the views and watch the skier's. Would definitely come back if the problems above are fixed.

Very central location with close access to Eagle and Flyer lifts, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable with nice sized beds in each bedroom. Kitchen offered everything we needed but we only ate in at breakfast. Lots of pluses to this property. Negatives were minor and didn’t affect our overall stay. Would rent this again. Negatives include slightly dated interior finishes, small TV in living room, noise from elevator lobby and snow removal equipment outside the building. Still a great time here and priced competitively. Easy check in and checkout.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about our room was wonderful. The kitchen however was NOT. Very small. Lacking basic necessities. The pans in the unit are all junk and need replaced - they don't even sit level on the stove.

Overall, we really liked the place. The company managing the condo was helpful and courteous. Furnishings just a little outdated, but nice. TV's very small--but who's watching TV! Very comfortable pull out bed (which is unusual). Kitchen had most things needed. Best features: 1) Steps from Starbucks (without leaving the building). 2) Just a very short walk to two of the best lifts (American Eagle and American Flyer). 3) In the heart of center village, so right by shops, rentals, restaurants, ice rink. etc.

nice place, great location

This condo was very nice, and you can't beat the location, just steps from the ski lifts. We also appreciated having a third bathroom (2 BR, 3 BA), that always comes in handy when sharing space. The association of this condo with Copper Vacations also worked out nice; check-in and check out were easy, and we had access to all the amenities included in the cost of the room. The only downside, which we have encountered at other vacation rentals, is that several of the dishes and cookware were not clean. One coffee cup that I pulled down from the shelf looked like it had been placed there without cleaning. We reported this at check-out.
