Downtown Fort Myers River District Living, Beautiful Caloosahatchee river views from screened. Walk to the Edison/Ford Museum or Publix, or take a city style walk or bike ride to downtown. 2 bedrooms with walk in closets, 2 full baths, the building has a pool, small fitness center, pickel ball court, bocce ball and one assigned covered parking. The unit has its own washer and dryer.

Unit is available for a 6 month and 1 day rental, but owner and tenant can both cancel after four months. Unit will be repainted and new flooring added to bedrooms before December 1st. Can rent furnished or unfurnished.

Furnishing includes:
Balcony: lounger, rocking chair, two tables and 2 person daybed
Master: King bed; dresser, night stands and 40" tv
2nd Bedroom: Desk, Computer with printer, sofa bed and storage unit
Dining Room: Two stools for kitchen bar; dining table and 4 chairs
Living Room: Sofa, console with 55" tv, wood bar chest; 3.1 stereo/surround sound and full sized digital pinball machine
