Throughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. It was a wonderful homebase for taking local trips to and from Silver City, TorC and White Sands. It felt like home and if you want that experience besides staying at a hotel, I recommend staying at the Montaro property. Appreciate all the amenities and thank you for the sweet Pecan sampler.

This property has been recently remodeled it was very clean and a great location. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. My next trip to New Mexico I hope this place is available.

Good stay

This property worked well for my two week trip. Kitchen had enough to make meals, washer and dryer worked and some detergent and dryer sheets were provided that helped with clothes. Parking was tight but for a smaller vehicle its adequate.

You had communication from me that if you needed anything to let me know You should have contacted me I will have to check on my listing By law in our area that unit has a max of 4 people and that’s what you booked I was not aware that you had 5 people there Maybe I need to be more careful You rented a beautiful home in a great setting for the price of a cheap hotel room ????????

Nice Getaway

It was a nice peaceful stay, loved the layout of the house - perfect for 4 people. The driveway was a tad hard to maneuver out of as there is oncoming traffic coming from both directions, but the location was ideal. Host was courteous and helpful! Our next stay over in Las Cruces will be there if its available.

The property is large and used to grow pecans, agricultural use To allow more room than provided (3) vehicles would be dangerous to all considering the farm use and would also cause insurance issues Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you I have never had this issue mentioned

We were blessed to meet our host. As a rehab person, they did a great job. Even stole a few ideas. I will suggest drawer knobs. People with arthritis, its a little difficult. Big and very spacious. Brought back a lot of childhood memories listening to the wind thru the pine trees. We got Married in your back yard.God Bless

Las Cruces Stay

Very clean. Adequate but no "homey feeling". not very relaxing atmosphere. Very stark like an institution or sterile situation. It gave the appearance of just beginning as an Air B&B. Needs "a Woman's Touch".
