Summary:
Perfect Location! We offer a peaceful oasis that is blocks to Tucson best offerings: great Restaurants, microbreweries, coffee shops, pickle-ball courts, live music, shopping etc. Stroll through the historic tree-lined streets with bungalow style homes, to our neighborhood "Time Market" for fresh, on-site, baked bread, cheeses, and a great beer/wine selection. Hikers/explorers have been loving the easy access to the mountains and beyond or stay "home" and relax in our lush garden atmosphere. Note: pet fees include up to 3 nights. Additional nights would be $25 per night.

The Space:
The space includes a bedroom with a beautiful wood burning fireplace, large sitting area, wall-mounted TV, live plants and armoire with drawers for your clothing, large private bath with shower, soaking tub and pedestal sink. Attached to this room is a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, utility sink, coffee maker, and microwave.

Guest Access:
You are welcome to enjoy our spacious paved garden terrace. Lots of seating under the canopy of mesquite trees.

The Neighborhood:
Historic walkable treelined neighborhood. Perfect location, great coffee shops/ bakery and many dining options. Blocks to local breweries and nightlife.

Getting Around:
Bike metals on the corner of 6th street and 6th Ave. easy access to the bike path. The is a "hop on" trolly on fourth ave, 2 blocks away that brings you to the U of A in minutes. If you are a hiker the location is perfect as a home base.

Other Things to Note:
We provide all fresh linens, bar soap and bath salts.
For longer terms stays, rooms cleaned more often is available for an additional fee. Use of laundry facility available upon request, for longer stays there is a pick-up/deliver back" wash and fold" dry cleaners nearby.

I live on the property and I am available at any time by text or phone. When I'm out of town, you will be greeted by a knowledgeable assistant.
