Two bedrooms: master with king bed & en-suite, guest room with two singles & half bath. Extra air mattresses available in hall closet. Open-concept living, Valley pool table, koi pond, observation hut, deck, and cornhole.

In the Kitchen, there was a lack of bowls and glasses for the three of us. Also, there was not a "Check In" list on property that included Wifi info, TV info, or Check-Out process. However, the Owner was very quick to respond to our messages and took good care of us via messaging. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We will look at this property first when we want to visit Hermitage again (we have family in the area.)

15-20 minutes from everything

Good spot to stay. It was clean and the owner was very accommodating. I really enjoyed that it was fairly close enough to get anywhere within a 20 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to locate.

Nice pad!

We very much enjoyed our stay and William was great to communicate with. The house has plenty of space and was very comfy. That pool table is fun too!

Yard was fenced. Kitchen had most everything to cook. Master bed was sway backed, sunken. House overall had a musty smell. Master bedroom smelled like urine. Roku tvs device wouldnt change channels. I downloaded a roku remote and it would not change channels either.
Windows were filthy webby and had dead vines stuck to some of them.

Also bedroom carpet. Pets had to wear diapers entire stay to keep them from also peeing on the floor.

Perfect for travel with dogs

This is house is in a great location for seeing the sights in Nashville. Well equipped kitchen. Clean though some wear and tear evident but very comfortable for us since it was very pet friendly. Great enclosed backyard for dogs to run around. Having a pool table, outdoor firepit, corn hole game, and a few pantry type items was really nice. Suggest more stools for island for meals since there's no dining table and the bbq grill needed cleaning badly. Otherwise great and communication with the home owner was great even over Christmas. I'll be returning since my boyfriend's son lives in Nashville.

I would not stay again

We found a rather large bug (roach) in the hall bathroom. The carpet by the pool table look like no one clean underneath in years. The heater would stay above 67 degrees at night and it was cold to sleep. The light switch by sink had no cover. The cold air filter had a lot of dust on and that should be cleaned monthly. I rent the house my grand would stay with us and they did not spend the night because if the roach. So I rent the bigger house for nothing and should be given a partial refund.
