Beautiful home high up in the mountains

Home was beautiful and view was amazing. Loved everything about it except Management company did not relay all people staying in home to guard gate. Son arrived about 30 minutes ahead of us and guard gate turned them away. I called management company and they said they called while on the phone with me. They did not. Sent email showing proof and response to son so they could show to guard gate. This home is VERY high up in the mountains on windy, small roads with no guardrails. LOVED the home, hated the drive to it. Leaves were also falling so could not see road and traction was awful. Only room for 2 cars to park/maneuver driveway.
