We're 12 mins from downtown Kalamazoo, 5 mins from I-94 and halfway between Detroit & Chicago.

The Space:
Welcome to our smallest home with Lake Front Access. This home has 1/2 Acre yard, Garage with EV Charger and Full arcade room. If you're looking for a larger custom built lake home, please reach out and we'll send you the links to our larger lake homes where we can host up to 12 or 24 guests. This home has 50' of private Lake frontage accessed directly across road. Great for accessing the lake for Ice fishing, snowmobiling or ice skating. With 2 bedrooms, (3) Queen sized beds, large living room and a separate full arcade room, there's plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. From the backyard deck you'll be able to enjoy your group relaxing by one of the the firepits (gas or wood) or grab a chair and watch the large variety of birds, frogs, turtles, ducks and more.
