W apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. We only wished you wouldve expressed any of these concerns with us during the stay. After your message about our smart lock (which was at 100% battery prior to your check in) we responded with the lockbox combination within 4 MINUTES of your message and sent an immediate follow up text message to your phone. These locks drain after the door is not closed properly and the lock is continually trying to close. As far as the smoke alarms, they are 10 year battery sealed kidde alarms installed in November of 2023 and checked every 6 months. They were going off because you burnt a pizza. We apologize if there were some wrappers under the couch. Were not perfect and this happens on occasion. I speak to my cleaners often about moving the furniture to check for items like this. I check these cleans weekly. I am not a hands off owner. Im in town everyday and whenever there is a turn over, I head over to inspect the house. I highly doubt there were hairs on every towel. We provide a ton of extras as well so there are always options. Again if any of these items were brought up during our stay we wouldve happily rewashed those items or dropped off fresh towels. We are extremely responsive and handle issues immediately. This wass an aggressive review to try to bash us for some reason which I dont really understand. Please just reach out to your next host with issues. We are people, were not perfect and we would always be happy to try to do whatever we can to rectify any situation.
