Welcome to our Marina Gem! A brand-new condo located between the Indian River and Melbourne Beach.

A modern 1,919 Sq. Ft. condo, counting 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony to watch beautiful sunsets.

Our home is ready to be the main scenario of your dreamy vacation!

★ **OTHER THINGS TO NOTE** ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.
- The unit offers a grill. The guest who wants to use the grill must notify the team at least 3 days before arrival and pay the handling fee of $50. Please ask for the manual and rules of grill usage.

The air conditioning was inoperative for first 24 hours.The refrigerator was inoperative for the entire stay. Maintenance successfully addressed the air conditioning, but was unable to fix the refrigerator.The pool was also closed for entire stay. The property itself is a nice condo in a good location.

We were greeted with the owners and they informed us that we needed a parking pass we got in touch with the company and later that day they sent me a pass on my phone and apologized but no way to print it out so we went to the store and got paper and wrote it out so nobody would be towed then when we got everything inside and unloaded we found like 3 inches of water in the ice container it wasn't closed because it has to be pushed hard to close and the cleaning crew may be the reason for that then we tried to do laundry and took half the day to figure out the dryer didn't work so we had to go to the laundromat for that so not pleased with the place, we could have had better amenities for the amount of money to stay
