The property is in excellent shape and we are continuing the relationship with the previous property manager who maintained the property well and achieved great reviews.

Other things to note
GRILL
There is a propane grill on the property that is free for guests to use. It is "bring your own propane." If there is propane left, feel free to use it. You may need to take the propane tank and exchange it which is easy to do at Publix for $20-25 dollars. We can not provide a full tank for your arrival.


POOL HEAT
Pool heat is available for $35 per day. This must be requested with at least 7 days advance notice. Please note that the spa portion of the pool is the same temperature as the pool - it is not a "hot tub."


INFANT CARE SUPPLIES
The property comes equipped with 2 pack-n'-play style cribs and 2 high chairs free of charge for guests to use.
