This condo is so cute and cozy! This is the ideal location for relaxation and convenience. Located central to everything good Greensboro! Minutes from downtown Greensboro, Cone Health and Honda. This is a private community, close to Walmart and several shopping centers. Enjoy quiet evenings in front of the fireplace, beautiful scenery from the balcony!

Horrible host

Booked this place weeks ahead and was never given any information nor was contacted by host. Attempted to reach out dozens of time and even got Vrbo customer service involved and still to no avail got in contact with the host. Saw a Facebook post about the management company (Baimot Asset Management LLC) where the same thing happened to another guest. Ended up having to get a last minute hotel that was fatter out because we didn’t have anything available. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend they SUCK

Lots of Stairs

It was unit K and coffee on the balcony watching the squirrels was lovely. No ice trays in the freezer. It was quaint. It is up 2 or 3 levels of stairs with no elevator so, if you have mobility problems I do not recommend that you book here. The area was friendly. Manager was responsive. Overall, it had everything we needed

Loved the place!

This is a great place, and a very great location… very safe location too. The unit is “K”. Wasn’t in the listing when we went. I would very much recommend this place! Thanks so much👍🙌
