Welcome to Sunlit Sage House! Come relax and enjoy the modern comforts of home in this clean, bright, open-concept space. This centrally located oasis is just minutes away from all the conveniences Moses Lake has to offer. Sunlit Sage House’s curated amenities and easy access to I-90 make it an ideal choice for your visit to Moses Lake and surrounding areas. We are excited to welcome you into our newly updated, lovingly crafted home and are confident you'll have a memorable and peaceful stay.
The space
Sunlit Sage House boasts 1,536 square feet and is arranged to comfortably sleep 6.

We offer all the AMENITIES needed for your stay, including: bedding; luggage racks; bath towels and washcloths; bathroom essentials; kitchen essentials; coffee, cocoa, and tea; washer and dryer; a Samsung Smart TV; wifi; 3 spaces for off-street parking; books and games; fenced back and side yards; and plenty of space to unwind!

Sunlit Sage House is CENTRALLY LOCATED and just minutes away on foot to local parks and the Moses Lake Temple. By vehicle, you will be close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, Moses Lake boat launches, Surf 'n Slide water park (open May-Sept), Samaritan Hospital, and the charming downtown area (2 miles). The Gorge Amphitheater is just a 40-minute drive away.

***Home Layout***
LIVING ROOM. Upon entering and removing your shoes, step into the inviting living room, which has plenty of seating for movie nights, reading, or board games.

LAUNDRY ROOM. This is well stocked with scented and unscented laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

KITCHEN and DINING ROOM. The dining table seats 6, and 4 barstools line the kitchen island. A highchair is available in the master bedroom closet.

HALL CLOSET: Guests are welcome to use the extra towels located here.

FULL BATHROOM. This bathroom has a shower and tub and all amenities needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, feminine products, etc.).

QUEEN BEDROOM. This room features a queen bed with extra USB ports and outlets by both nightstands.

TWIN BEDROOM. This room has 2 twin beds and a nightstand with USB ports and outlets.

KING ENSUITE. This spacious room features 1 king bed and has outlets by both nightstands. The attached full bathroom has a walk-in shower and all the amenities.
Guest access
PLEASE NOTE: guests do NOT have access to the garage or the locked pantry in the kitchen. Otherwise, guests have access to the entire house and yard!

Any items in cabinets (food, toiletries, etc.) are for guest use during their stay.
Other things to note
SECURITY CAMERAS: This property features one doorbell security camera that is motion activated and records video and sound. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. Tampering with the internet or the doorbell camera will result in eviction without refund. By booking you acknowledge and agree to the presence of the doorbell camera.

PLEASE NO SHOES INDOORS.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR YARD.

We have new carpet. Therefore: +Please remove shoes upon entering the home and place them in the shoe trays in the entryway and entry closet.
+Please keep all food and drinks in areas with laminate flooring (kitchen, dining, and living rooms). Water in bedrooms is acceptable.
** No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the home. Failure to comply will result in guest incurring an additional $500 cleaning fee.

The house is located not too far from the interstate in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and the host did an excellent job including the little touches that made the stay more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again if we pass through the area.

An amazing place to stay

We booked the house for a family wedding in Moses Lake. We could not be more pleased with the warm and comforting home. It was clean, open and made for a nice gathering place for family. Moses Lake Cute Home

Highly recommend renting this home the next time you find yourself needing a place in Moses Lake. It was very clean and well stocked. Appliances were all modern. Beds very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely accommodating by allowing us to park our boat in their backyard for extra safety/security. We will rent this place again in the future.

Sunlit Sage House was an immaculately clean and nicely decorated house. We had everything we needed to enjoy our four day stay. The amenities were amazing! Dahlia even provided the one thing I forgot; flossers for my kids! We did make one request and Dahlia came over right away to provide. I also appreciated that the house wasn't overly scented. We are sensitive to smells and air fresheners. I highly recommend the Sunlit Sage House.

Cozy place

Well-appointed. The host obviously cares about the comfort of their guests. Lots of little touches that make a huge difference including stocked toiletries, K-pods, a selection of teas, and cocoa plus a gift basket with a variety of snacks to enjoy. The house is located down the street from the Moses Lake LDS Temple and is within a mile of gas stations and fast food restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Sunlit Sage House is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks north from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Moses Lake Temple. Yonezawa Park is just a short walk away and boasts a large grass soccer field and playground equipment. Beautiful sunset views throughout.
Montlake Park is 0.7 miles away and features a boat launch, large grassy area and playground.
I-90 access (also plenty of gas stations & fast food) is only 1.7 miles from the home.
You can drive across town within 10 minutes and have access to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, recreation areas, and more!
