Beautiful, sleek, and very clean apartment with thoughtful details throughout. The location is excellent—just off the strip, easily walkable and very convenient for driving as well.Everything was seamless. The only small suggestion would be full-length curtains for a bit more privacy.Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Newer property is well maintained and clean. Room was also clean and king bed was very comfortable! Would have rated as excellent but the HVAC in the room was either too cold or quickly seemed humid when AC was turned off. The location is safe and worked great for us…for the price. Just a short, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We bought groceries at Graceway Gourmet about a mile away, and made breakfast every morning in the equipped kitchen. All things considered, we were very happy with our lodging choice!!

We were in walking distance of the beach and had all the amenities of an expensive hotel.

Cute little place with basic amenities

We go to Turks 2-3x per year for 20 years. Tried this place cause it’s close to Regent village and beach. It’s really nice really clean and modern. Grounds are well kept. Things it needs: Safe in room Beach chairs/umbrella Lamp ( had only overhead lighting) Can opener Ice machine Better towel linens (sub par) A turn off was arriving to find a wet mop leaning in the bathroom. Cleaning items should be hidden or removed for guest stays. Note: we had bad luck on our last night as fire alarm was pulled at 3:00am outside our room. It continued for THREE HOURS. Tried to call emergency. Fire. And Vrbo contact. Not one of these answered! What if there was a fire? What if there was a burglary? So overall it is a nice property but it feels remote without any security person on site and we felt vulnerable. So will not stay again.

Jodi, We appreciate your honest feedback regarding your stay and are happy to hear that the home was clean and the grounds were well-kept. We have spoken to our housekeeping department regarding the oversights (mop left behind) and suggestions you mentioned. Regarding the complex's fire alarm, we deeply apologize about this, as this is something out of our control unfortunately. We do have an overnight representative that was unfortunately on call with another guest from your same complex, but we were able to return the call within 15 minutes to relay that we were escalating the case with the complex manager, as this is something we, as the management company, do not have control over. We hope to have you back in the future, as these were certainly one-off situations that happen rarely. Thank you
