I had a great experience at this rental. The place was very clean, nicely renovated, and felt well taken care of. I especially appreciated how close it was to the beach and local nightlife, everything was within easy walking distance. The included parking pass was a huge bonus and made things super convenient. Great weekend stay

Very clean and new feeling. Great space for our family of 5. Very near park, playground and beach. Great pancake house on the corner of the block. Excellent communication with owner. House is off the street down a driveway so no views from the home but we were mostly there when it was dark so not a big deal. We would stay here again!

I help run our family's beach condo alongside my studies as a medical student. This property has been a labor of love for us, transforming it into a modern coastal spot that we are proud to share.

Outside of the library, I’m a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan and love staying active (I actually run the athletics club at my medical school!). I know how important it is to have a worry-free vacation to recharge, so I’ve set up the condo with everything you need for a seamless trip. Enjoy the beach, and Go Birds! Welcome to Wildwood!

What makes this property unique

Welcome to our family’s 'labor of love' on Burk Avenue. We are located in the private 'back house' of a converted multi-unit community. It was originally historic homes that have been thoughtfully reimagined. Being the bottom unit of the rear house means you get the best of both worlds: you are steps from the Wildwood action but tucked away from the street noise for a peaceful night's sleep.

Inside, we’ve ditched the generic rental furniture for a 'Modern Coastal' warmth—featuring deep navy tones, gold accents, and comfortable leather armchairs meant for long conversations. The open-concept dining area connects directly to our fully renovated kitchen, because we know that the best memories are made when together. Whether you are here for a family reunion or a quiet escape, we’ve built this space to feel less like a rental and more like a home.
