York, Maine – There is only one Ocean House and it is located at the beautiful Short Sands at York Beach!

This is a perfect location directly across the street from sandy and lovely Short Sands Beach. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and nightlife! If you are looking for a quality property with privacy, this end unit, two-bedroom condo with unobstructed ocean views and large private balcony is a perfect choice for you.

The unit has been remodeled and updated throughout the years. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom has wall mounted televisions. Casual elegance and style permeate throughout, right down to the crown moldings. The open concept dining & living area directs your eye to a wall of windows with a sliding glass door, beckoning you towards the sea facing balcony where you will find plenty of comfortable furniture for dining, relaxing and watching the waves.

The master suite has a King bed with Atlantic Ocean views from its bay windows. The second bedroom, with is separated from the master suite for privacy, has a queen bed. Both bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming for its guests!

The beauty does not stop there- a glass enclosed heated pool, hot tub and large communal deck for sunning is an option for your day as well!

This rental is available for monthly rentals only, which is almost unheard of in beach towns! Escape from summer in Florida

Comfortable place. Great location, overlooking Short Sands Beach, able to hear live music performances from the gazebo as well. Watching the York Days fireworks from the private balcony was as goo as it gets!

Oceanfront perfection

A month at Ocean House was perfect in every way. The condo is beautifully appointed and has an airy balcony overlooking the ocean. The view is incredible!
