The space

Both bedrooms are designed with queen-sized Nectar beds, with plenty of soft pillows and a cozy comforter for your relaxation.

Please treat this space with respect, as previous guests have. Be mindful of your noise as we do have neighbors and this is a duplex with renters on the other side of the property. If any problems arise, I will do my best to resolve them immediately. However, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay; maintenance will only occur after you depart.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for children accompanied by parents.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people. We charge per guest, so please provide an accurate guest count.
There is a camera in the front yard for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
