2 story cozy home. Walk to downtown Bangor and Brewer. Safe quiet neighborhood

Newly remodeled cozy & comfortable two story home in town Brewer- minutes from downtown Bangor. Accommodates 6 guests in three 2nd floor bedrooms; each bedroom has one queen bed. Full kitchen to enjoy a quiet meal after a busy day with dishwasher to make the clean up easier. If you're more up to eating out, the home is close to dozens of restaurants. All new kitchen appliances and updated 1.5 bathrooms (half bath is off a bedroom). Washer & dryer in home. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Home has yard and fire pit with firewood available.

There is one security camera set up at side door where you'll be entering and exiting. View shows most of driveway and backyard area. The ring camera also picks up audio.

Walk to Brewer Riverwalk, concerts, or downtown Brewer/Bangor. Many restaurants, local colleges, shopping areas, and attractions nearby. 1 hour from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Enjoy Maine's hiking, skiing, boating, or other outdoor activities.

The space:
Downstairs offers fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, full bathroom with deep soaking tub. Towels, shampoo, and body wash provided. Dining room, living room with TV (roku), and additional sitting area with work station finish off the downstairs area. High speed Wifi is provided. Closet with multiple board games in the sitting area.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs- each with a queen bed, bureau, and nightstands. Half bath upstairs is off a bedroom. Each bedroom has blinds and blackout curtains.
Window air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the dining room in the summer months. Fans are available. Free washer & dryer in the home with laundry pods provided.

The exterior of the home has a partially fenced in yard. There are benches to sit and enjoy the fire pit. Firewood is provided.

Entire house is accessible except for basement and supply closet off from master bedroom.
